Help Center
Find help with choosing a manual, downloading and opening your purchase, accessing your account, and requesting support.
Choosing the Right Manual
Check the product description before purchasing. Similar model names do not always mean the same manual applies: coverage may vary by year, engine, configuration, or serial number.
Compare the details shown on the product page with your equipment and the work you need to do:
- Equipment: manufacturer, exact model and series, engine model, and configuration.
- Serial number or PIN: check any stated range against your equipment identification plate. A model match alone may not be enough.
- Manual type: workshop, service, or repair manuals cover maintenance and repair procedures; parts catalogs identify components; operator's manuals cover operation and routine care. Diagnostic manuals focus on troubleshooting. Check the contents for the specific task you need.
- Coverage: confirm whether the listing is for a complete manual, a single section, an engine-only manual, or a supplement. Review the table of contents and sample pages where available.
- Publication: compare the document number, edition, and revision where listed. Different revisions may cover different equipment specifications.
- File details: check the language, format, file size, page count, and any software or operating-system requirements.
If a detail is missing or you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing. Include the product link, manufacturer, model, serial number or PIN, engine model, year if known, and the task you need the manual for.
Orders and Digital Delivery
Most manuals on Byte-Market are digital products. Check the listing for the delivery method and included files before placing your order.
For products marked Instant Download, follow the download instructions provided after successful checkout. No physical book, disc, or other item will be mailed for a product identified as a digital download.
If you have completed a purchase but cannot find the download instructions, contact support with your order number, purchase email address, and product name. Include any payment or order status shown to you.
Downloading Your Purchase
Large files can take time to download. Use a stable internet connection and allow enough storage for both the download and any extracted files.
- Follow the download instructions for your purchase and wait until your browser reports that the download is complete.
- If you cannot find the saved file, check your browser's downloads list and your device's Downloads folder.
- If the download was interrupted or the file appears incomplete, retry using the download instructions for your purchase. Compare the saved file size with the stated size, if available.
- Keep the original filename extension, such as .pdf or .zip. Save a backup once you have confirmed that the file opens correctly.
If the download still fails, you cannot access it, or you have lost a previously downloaded file, contact support. Include the order details, filename, device, browser, and exact error message so we can investigate.

Opening PDF, ZIP, RAR, and ISO Files
Use the file format stated in the product listing to choose how to open your purchase. Renaming the file extension does not convert it to another format.
PDF Files
Open the completed download with a current PDF reader. If it does not display correctly in your browser, save it to your device and try a PDF reader instead.
Text search, selectable text, bookmarks, and printing depend on the document and reader. Scanned pages may not contain searchable text.
ZIP and RAR Archives
Save the complete archive, then extract it to a separate folder using software that supports its format. Open the manual or read the included instructions from that folder.
If extraction reports an unexpected end, a damaged archive, or a missing part, check that the download finished. If the purchase includes a multipart archive, download all supplied parts into the same folder and keep their original names. Make sure there is enough free storage, then try extracting again.
If the error persists after downloading again, contact support with the filename and exact error message.
ISO Image Files
An ISO is a disc image. It may need to be mounted as a virtual disc or opened with compatible desktop software. Follow any instructions included with the product.
Some disc-based manuals and specialist viewers require Windows or specific software versions. Check the listing's requirements before purchasing; phone and tablet compatibility should not be assumed.

Account and Password Help
Use the Sign In page to access your Byte-Market account. If you cannot remember your password, use the password recovery option on that page and follow the instructions.
If you still cannot access your account, contact support and provide the email address associated with the account or purchase. Explain what happens when you try to sign in, including any error message.
Never send your password, password-reset link, verification code, or complete payment card details in a support request.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Digital manuals are covered by a 30-day satisfaction period.
If a digital manual has not been downloaded, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase.
If you have already downloaded the manual and are dissatisfied with it, you may request either:
- A replacement manual of the same or lower value
- Store credit equal to the amount paid
Different conditions apply to physical products, including damaged, incorrect, and change-of-mind returns. Read the complete Returns and Refunds Policy for the applicable terms.
To submit a request, use our contact form. Include your order number, product name, whether the manual has been downloaded, and the reason for your request.
Contacting Support
Use our contact form for help with a product, order, download, account, replacement, or refund.
Include the details that apply to your request:
- Your order number, if available, and the email address used for the purchase
- The full product name or product link
- The equipment manufacturer, model, and serial number or PIN for a compatibility question
- A clear description of the problem and what you have already tried
- The filename and format, device or operating system, and browser or reader used for a technical issue
- The exact error message, if one appears
If the supplied manual differs from the listing, or you received a wrong or damaged file, include the product link and filename so we can investigate. For a content mismatch, also provide the title or publication number shown on the manual cover; for a file problem, include the exact error message.
Keep account passwords, verification codes, password-reset links, and complete payment card details out of your message.
